RFP Information for Official TAP Meetings


Would you like to host one of TAP's meetings?

Each year, we have four meetings of varying sizes at locations around North America. Bring TAP to your community! Currently, we are accepting proposals for board meetings, the all required tour operator member Annual General Meeting,  as well as the required member meeting and TAP Dance conference. Future dates will be considered once these dates have been awarded so feel free to submit early for review. Do not let the specifics in the RFP eliminate you from submitting - call our office and let us know what you could do and we will see if we can find a perfect fit.  We have other meetings like Strategic Planning and Committees that can be worked into destinations that support TAP.

The RFPs (effective June 2017)

Board Meetings: March and August (about 12 people and in 2016 & 2017 was 9 total)

Please note that the August Board meeting for 2018 and 2021 is a Strategic Planning year for TAP and requirements are different and noted in the RFP.  

TAP Dance: June (250-300 people)

Annual General Meeting: December (45-60 people)
