During this tour, we will adapt to the customary later time schedule of Spain by departing at 9:00 a.m. and having dinner at 8:00 p.m. on several days.

Day 1- Overnight Flight

Day 2- Lisbon
Arrive at Lisbon Airport and check in to the hotel. Take a walk to gain first impressions then meet up for a ‘Welcome Dinner". Hotel Mundial, Lisbon, Portugal or similar (D)

Day 3- Lisbon
Explore Lisbon with your tour manager. Then continue your discovery of Lisbon independently or join the optional 'Cascais, & Estoril' excursion. Later, consider the optional 'Fado Dinner.' Hotel Mundial, Lisbon, Portugal or similar (B)

Day 4- Seville
Cross the Sado River at Alcacer do Sal and lunch in the Algarve Region. Cross the border into southern Spain for two nights in Seville. Hotel Don Paco, Seville, Spain or similar (B,D)

Day 5- Seville
Explore Seville with a local guide, who will introduce you to all the main sites. The afternoon is yours to explore the old neighborhood, Maria Luisa Park, or the Flamenco Museum. An optional 'Flamenco Dinner Show' is also available. Hotel Don Paco, Seville, Spain or similar (B)

Day 6- Jerez & Algeciras
Stop in the old town of Jerez and take a tour of a sherry-making bodega. Then, relax the rest of the day in Algeciras or join the optional excursion to 'Gibraltar.'

Day 7- Algeciras
Spend the day as you like in Algeciras. Shop the markets of the Plaza Alta, the main square, or stroll around the port. If you have booked the full day optional 'Morocco' excursion, ferry across the Strait of Gibraltar to visit intriguing Morocco. Return to the hotel for dinner. Day 8- Ronda & Costa del Sol
Wind your way up the thrilling mountin roads for dramatic views into the Tajo Ravine from the unique town of Ronda.The final destination for the day is Costa del Sol, the Sun Coast. Hotel Meliã Costa del Sol, Torremolinos, Spain or similar (B,D)

Day 9- Granada & Costa del Sol
This day focuses on the historic Alhambra in Granada. A local guide will share fascinating stories about this fortress. Hotel Meliã Costa del Sol, Torremolinos, Spain or similar (B,D)

Day 10- Costa del Sol
A day for relaxation! Walk the beach, swim in the Mediterranean, shop along the boardwalks, or join the optional morning 'Malaga' excursion. An optional evening 'Mijas & Country Dinner' excursion is also available. Hotel Meliã Costa del Sol, Torremolinos, Spain or similar (B)

Day 11- Córdoba & Baeza
Travel to Córdoba, where a city resident will explain the cultural history that defines this Old Town. In the afternoon, visit an olive press museum before arriving in Baeza, a UNESCO world heritage site. Hotel Puerta de la Luna, Baeza, Spain or similar (B,D)

Day 12- Madrid
Head north to your final destination of Madrid. Upon arrival take an orientation tour, including an interior visit at the Prado Museum,  before reaching the hotel. Novotel Madrid Center, Madrid, Spain or similar (B,D)

Day 13- Madrid
Pursue your own interests for a full day in Madrid. You may also choose to accompany your tour manager on the optional 'Madrid Royal Palace' excursion for some deeper insight on the history of Madrid. Optional 'Madrid Dinner.' Novotel Madrid Center, Madrid, Spain or similar (B)

Day 14- Madrid
