Then, the excitement builds at the Hullabaloo at Scope Plaza, a festive outdoor gathering featuring cultural performances, military bands, highland dancers, and the chance to interact with service members from around the world. Take your premium reserved seat for the main event: the Virginia International Tattoo—a grand display of tradition, pageantry, and global unity inspired by the famous Edinburgh Tattoo in Scotland. This morning, we visit Monticello, the iconic mountaintop home of Thomas Jefferson. Tour the first floor of the house and explore the gardens, grounds, and exhibitions that reveal the complexities of Jefferson’s legacy.
