After the tour, enjoy free time for lunch on your own and the chance to explore Kingston’s charming downtown waterfront district. In the afternoon, visit the Marine Museum of the Great Lakes, where exhibits highlight Canada’s maritime history and the role of the Great Lakes in trade and travel. After breakfast, set sail on a scenic 5-hour Thousand Islands Cruise. Relax as you cruise along the St. Lawrence River, passing by elegant cottages, historic estates, and natural beauty. Your cruise includes a 2-hour stop at Boldt Castle, a stunning island mansion with a romantic history. Rising from the misty waters of the St. Lawrence River, Boldt Castle is the crown jewel of the Thousand Islands. Built at the turn of the 20th century by millionaire hotelier George C. Boldt, this fairytale estate was meant to be a lavish gift for his beloved wife, Louise. Sadly, construction came to an abrupt halt when she passed away unexpectedly, leaving the castle unfinished for decades. Today, visitors can step into this romantic story as they explore grand halls, sweeping staircases, and waterfront gardens. Whether you’re admiring the hand-carved stonework or taking in the panoramic river views, Boldt Castle is an unforgettable stop along the Thousand Islands Cruise. Explore the castle grounds and learn about the story of George Boldt and his unfinished gift of love. Lunch is on your own today from the boat’s café, offering sandwiches and light fare. In the afternoon, choose between visiting the Gananoque Boat Museum or the Gananoque History Museum. Dinner is included tonight back in Kingston.

This morning, after breakfast, enjoy a scenic drive through Prince Edward County, known for its charming villages, wineries, and rolling farmland. Stop at a local winery for a tasting of the region’s best vintages and savor an included lunch in the heart of this picturesque area. In the afternoon, continue to the Waterloo Region and check in to the Hampton Inn, St. Jacobs. Tonight, enjoy dinner and a live show at a Drayton Festival theater—relax and unwind with an evening of music, entertainment, and great company.
