Deposit: $500 per person due at time of booking - final payment due 60 days prior to departure
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancel of a tour before final payment (61+ days): your deposit is non-refundable. We strongly suggest that you have comprehensive travel insurance in place to cover any financial losses should you need to cancel for unforeseen reasons.
2. Cancel a tour after final payment, and before 30 days prior to departure (60-30 days): a future travel credit will be offered for all payments received, that can be used towards any Anderson Vacations tour departing within the following 12 months. Cancellation fees and non-refundable payments made to other travel service providers, if any, will be deducted. These are typically third-party non-refundable payments made to hotels, railways, and other travel services by Anderson Vacations to secure travel arrangements on the client's behalf.
3. Cancel a tour within 30 days of departure (29-0): No refunds or travel credits will be given. We strongly suggest that you have comprehensive travel insurance in place to cover any financial losses should you need to cancel for unforeseen reasons.
