2026-2027 TAP into Travel Catalog

Orders Due by October 15th, 2025

The TAP into Travel Catalog program is a collaborative effort between participating TAP Partners to produce a high-quality brochure featuring unique and non-competing tour products worldwide. Guaranteed Departures, Scheduled Departures and Custom Group itineraries can be submitted.

The 2026-2027 brochure will be electronic and printed as a small batch for distribution at conferences (ABA, NTA, etc) and mail order requests from travel buyers.

Catalog Page Layout

The 2026-2027 brochure will have the same layout as 2025-2026 - see examples below of a single tour page and a double tour page.

New This Year

DIRECT MAIL INITIATIVE: a companion flyer that will highlight 1 tour from each participating Partner, as a teaser to encourage catalog requests. This is an optional buy-in and will need at least 5 participating Partners to execute. Each Partner must provide 2,000 contacts for the mailer and will gain exposure for their highlighted tour to 10,000+ contacts. Contact lists will remain confidential and be provided directly to the third party mailing house.

Also new this year, pricing includes a digital marketing package as detailed below:

  • 1 tour page: $400 - includes 1 featured tour placement in the travel buyer newsletter, up to 3* social media posts, and a featured tour placement on the TAP Tuesday webinar slides
  • 2 tours per page: $500 - includes 1 featured tour placement in the travel buyer newsletter and up to 3* social media posts per tour

*1 standard featured tour social post, plus up to 2 more on request if you have updates to share about the tour (eg. scheduled tour becomes guaranteed, tour almost sold out, new dates released, etc - this type of news can also be featured in the travel buyer newsletter on request)

We appreciate your help in reaching the deadlines for the final brochure to be released on January 9th, 2026 with print copies available for distribution at ABA Marketplace in Reno. Tours included in the catalog will need to be uploaded to the TAP into Travel website by October 31st, 2025.

Please Note:

  • We avoid tour overlap through review of all brochure page orders. If any tour submissions are similar, affected Partners will be contacted to offer alternates. Partners with a history of running a tour will prevail in the case of duplicates.
  • Submit as many tours as you would like to be considered for publication, in case we have space available.

An itinerary that touches multiple Guild member destinations will count as free half page tour for all included destinations. Higher Guild levels may be upgraded to a full page, if space allows.

CUSTOM COVERS ARE DIGITAL ONLY, unless you choose to order custom print copies of your own. Please note, customizable elements are cover photo, contact information & web address, and headshot/logo on welcome letter. All other elements will remain the same - i.e. graphic elements, TAP into Travel logo, welcome letter text, etc.

This one page double-sided flyer will be a teaser piece to attract catalog requests. The flyer will highlight 1 tour of your choice from each participating Partner. We need a minimum of 5 Partners to make this happen - each contributing 2,000 contacts, which will put your tour in the hands of 10,000+ contacts. Contact lists will remain confidential and be provided directly to the third party mailing house. $2,500 cost (per Partner) will cover all design work, printing, and postage.
Invoices will be created and sent after orders close on October 15th.
